A Complete Rebuild from the Ground Up

Before the renovation, these Seville Grove bathrooms were in severely damaged condition and required far more than a cosmetic update. Broken finishes, compromised waterproofing and worn-out fixtures meant the spaces needed to be stripped back and rebuilt properly. This was a full bathroom renovation in the truest sense, focused on restoring both function and presentation from the ground up.

Rebuilding with Quality and Longevity in Mind

The goal of the renovation was to create modern, reliable bathrooms that felt calm, practical and built to last. Rather than simply covering over the damage, the project involved fully rebuilding the spaces with new plumbing, updated services, proper waterproofing and carefully selected finishes. The design direction centred on combining durability with a more refined and contemporary look.

Warm Materials with a Modern Edge

Natural timber floating vanities brought warmth and character into the bathrooms, while matte black fixtures added contrast and a more modern finish. Large-format tiles helped create a cleaner, more spacious feel, and the inclusion of both a built-in bath and separate shower made the layout more functional for everyday family use. Together, these elements gave the bathrooms a much stronger sense of balance, quality and usability.

From Damaged to Completely Renewed

The completed bathroom renovation has transformed these spaces from badly deteriorated wet areas into fresh, modern rooms that feel safe, comfortable and thoughtfully resolved. What was once a major problem within the home is now a standout part of the overall transformation. It is a strong example of how expert planning and quality workmanship can completely rebuild a space and give it lasting value.
