After making numerous attempts to get a tradie come to fix split ceiling in the lounge room and not turning up I contacted Modus Property Maintenance. What a surprise – turned up at the agreed day and time, did inspection and sent through photos of the damage and quote by the afternoon. Changing layouts to achieve your dream oasis is a challenging process, but John and the tradies who came in were very professional, approachable and ensured everything flowed smoothly. While we had to compromise on a few ideals, retrofitting doesn’t always go the way you want or fit into the budget you have, we were always treated with respect, questions answered, and alternatives suggested.
