Comprehensive Home Transformation - Garage Extension & Open-Plan Renovation

This project involved a comprehensive renovation and extension, transforming the home to better suit modern living. We extended the existing single garage into a functional double garage, while also incorporating a dedicated laundry and separate toilet within the new footprint.

Internally, a complete new kitchen was installed with stone benchtops, quality cabinetry and modern appliances, and internal walls were removed to create a much more open and connected living space. This opened up the home significantly, improving flow, natural light and overall usability for day-to-day living.

By delivering the extension, service areas and internal reconfiguration as one coordinated project, the result is a home that functions properly across every aspect. The spaces work together, the layout makes sense, and the finish is consistent throughout, creating a practical, modern home that’s a clear step up from what was there before.
