Mount Nasura Structural Kitchen Renovation
This Mount Nasura renovation involved opening up the ground floor to connect the kitchen with the surrounding living areas, alongside a full kitchen upgrade. The original layout felt segmented, with the kitchen separated from the rest of the home.
Structural beams were installed to allow the removal of walls, creating a more open and connected space that flows naturally into the dining and living areas. The new kitchen features shaker-style cabinetry with a contrasting colour scheme, adding depth and a more considered finish to the space.
A large island bench sits at the centre, fitted with extensive drawer storage for practical everyday use, and finished with 40mm stone benchtops that give it a solid, premium feel. Quality appliances and clean, simple finishes complete the kitchen, keeping it functional without overcomplicating the design.
The result is a well-balanced kitchen that combines classic cabinetry with modern touches, while integrating seamlessly into the now open-plan living area.
