This Jandakot kitchen renovation focused on maximising storage and workspace, transforming a cramped, dated layout into a highly functional contemporary kitchen. The scope centred on a complete kitchen replacement, with the removal of the old bricked-in corner pantry and oven walls to open up the space and allow for a far more efficient layout with significantly increased cabinetry.

The renovation dramatically increased usable benchtop area, with stone benchtops throughout and a breakfast bar overhang providing ample seating space for everyday use and entertaining. Removing these bulky, restrictive elements improved flow and usability, with better positioning of key kitchen zones and a layout that feels larger and more practical.

Custom cabinetry runs full height to maximise storage, with soft-close hardware and integrated organisation throughout. Quality appliances and modern finishes complete the space, delivering a clean, cohesive result. Overall, the project shows how reworking the layout and removing outdated structural elements can significantly improve both functionality and usability.
