Making a Compact Bathroom Work Smarter

This Cottesloe bathroom renovation focused on making better use of a smaller footprint by removing the bathtub and reworking the space to include both a toilet and a shower. With limited room to work with, the layout needed to be practical, efficient and comfortable to use, while still feeling fresh and inviting.

A Light and Bright New Direction

The goal of the renovation was to create a bathroom that felt more open and better suited to everyday living. A corner shower with an opening door helped maximise access without compromising movement through the room, while the removal of the bath freed up valuable floor space. White cabinetry, warm neutral tiles and updated lighting all worked together to create a brighter, more airy feel.

A Fresh Finish for Modern Living

The completed bathroom renovation now feels clean, functional and far better balanced for the household’s needs. What was once a tighter, more limited space has been transformed into a practical and contemporary bathroom that makes every part of the layout count. It is a strong example of how smart planning and simple, well-chosen finishes can completely improve a compact bathroom.
